This policy covers what Fountain City Capital, LLC collects about you as a visitor or someone who writes to us. The public site is informational. Federal registration data (UEI, CAGE, SDVOSB) is already public on SAM.gov and SBA VetCert and is not personal information.
Bid product subscribers
This policy covers this website only. Data collected by our Bid products, including subscriber accounts and Stripe checkout, is covered by each product's own Privacy Policy:
What we collect
- Contact inquiries (the form on /contact): first name, last name, email, organization, and message. We store that submission so we can respond. The form uses HTTP POST. Hidden anti-spam fields are not used as personal data.
- Session cookies for the private bid desk: a signed, HttpOnly cookie that keeps an authorized user signed in. It is not used to track public visitors.
What we don't do
We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing, and don't use your data for anything beyond responding to you and running the site.
Third parties we use
Supabase (database hosting for inquiries and the private bid desk) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes only what is necessary to provide their part of the service.
